Brian Nuss 887798 Posted July 17, 2007 at 04:23 AM Posted July 17, 2007 at 04:23 AM Okay Gents, I've downloaded the MPP flies from FSInn's website and installed them into my aircraft folder. Still, I get the feeling that there's something more I should do. The reason is, it seems that I often see the same aircraft, and when I later learn the airline of the given plane (I see a lot of the Alaska Airlines.com 737 ), I'm left to wonder if the MPP planes are even showing the way they should. This sort of thing is hard to judge as to whether its working the way its supposed to, particularly since I already had a large fleet of existing aircraft in my folder. So part of me wonders if I'm actually seeing the MPP planes or not. Beyond installing them in the aircraft folder, is there something else that needs to be done? And if not, can anyone suggest anything further to supplement what I've already done? Larry James 901346 Posted July 17, 2007 at 04:41 AM Posted July 17, 2007 at 04:41 AM I take it you're running FS9. You can look in the Inn Plane panel, click on Config and see all the models FSInn is using. FSInn automatically selects the best match it can find. If it did the before you installed MPP, it probably still have this auto match. Click on ICAO Custom and click on Reset All Auto Added, and it will start over with the larger variety you have. -- L. Brian Nuss 887798 Posted July 17, 2007 at 05:12 AM Author Posted July 17, 2007 at 05:12 AM Larry, Wow, that sounds like some really good information. I went into Config, but to be honest, I'm not sure what I should be looking for. I found 'Reset All Added' under ICAO Custom. Does that make sense? I clicked on it, although I didn't really see any change...maybe no visible change occurs immediately(?) Is there any way to confirm that the reset has occured or is it only apparent after seeing other planes in the sim? Thanks very much.
