Anthony Hammond Posted July 23, 2007 at 11:47 AM Posted July 23, 2007 at 11:47 AM Hi everyone, It seems to me quite a lot of simmers use more than one monitor for reasons such as multi-views and viewing charts. I though I would take a look in the garage and found this 17" CRT screen. I plugged it in next to me 17" Viewsonic TFT, and they both produce image, I can drag browser windows for example onto the other screen and so on. The problem is that when I'm in FS9, and say I want to change to a different chart on my other screen, if I click on the browser tab, FS9 will minimize. It seems that I cannot use the other screen unless I'm not using an application such as FS9. So basically whenever I even want to scroll down on the other screen, I have to alt+tab out of FS9. Do you need some sort of software to perfect multi-screen setup? p.s. I couldn't find a hardware support board so I thought the software board would be the closest to it. Kind regards, Anthony. Peter Harrison 1005416 Posted August 3, 2007 at 09:19 PM Posted August 3, 2007 at 09:19 PM On FS2002 you have to "undock" windows (in the right-click dropdown menu for the window) to drag it to another screen - I don't know if you can do the same on FS9.
