Third party to involve, control and regulate Vatsur-Colatc

Ever since VATSAM changed name to VATSUR it has been a problem for me, I had to star ATC training all over again, I'm not able to download any charts from Colatc, This problem need a immediate attention from high staff in VATSIM. Me as I pilot, I have rights so as FIR's, I'm demanding a solution to this conflicts between VATSUR and COLATC so I can perform flight operations and training actions in a normal way. We don't have to be affected for internal problems occurred, that should be taking care internally so it won't affect day to day operations.

 

This is getting worse, Yesterday somebody suspend VATSIM privileges to the Colombia ATC Instructor, so now no one is getting training.

 

Is really hard to find controlers in the Colombia FIR, I dont know if they are scared or they are pressured or they are protesting, I just don't know.

 

The flight ops in Colombia has decreased considerablely comparing it to previous months.

 

MY SUGGESTION IS TO HAVE A THIRD PARTY FROM VATSIM TO CONTROL AND REGULATE THIS CLUSTER OF ACCUSATIONS AND TO ADMINISTRATE THE CORRECT PUNISHMENT TO WHOM VIOLATED VATSIM PROTOCOLES. at least until this issue is resolved and is proved that pilots and controllers want to go back to their normal operations.
