It is called "Communities" (a new tab on start page) - you can enter your VA details, invite members to join and they will show up in vroute with the callsign "decoded", your VA logo and so on. All VA pilots will see other pilots of the same VA on their friends list. In the future I will add company routes, internal event announcements and many more.
