Web Site Problem RE: My Seqaul, PHP

Hi there i know this isnt exacly Vatsim Software but it is in the bennafit of Vatsim as i am goign to reccomend them for my VA.

 

The Problem is that my VA uses VA Base For Pireps and i installed it to text book perfection but it seams not to connect to the MySeqaul Databases i created for it.

 

if anyone can Help i beg you to try.
