I'm not sure I understand what you mean by joining a vroute community. I'm not even sure there is a vroute forum as most people ask their vroute related questions in here. You can't request to be a member of a community via vroute.info. If the community is for example a VA, you need to go to their website, join them and then they will ask you to become a member of their community in vroute.info. Not the other way around.
