I just verified the database content and: a) he's not a member of your VA community b) there's no invitation waiting for him If I get an email within 24 hrs from invitation being _accepted_ by member I will be able to look up in logfiles. On Sunday Feb. 15th I sent him a new invitation. He has been checking email for it and has not yet arrived. The VATSIM ID and the email registered to VATSIM are correct. The spam mailbox does not contain any mail from VRoute neither. Is there something you can do? Thank you. Problem solved now. As I created the community, I had no idea about how the invitation was sent. In some cases, VRoute requests an email and this is why we thought that he had to check the mail.
