I have added the ACTIVE and GUEST lines to http://euroscope.hu/wiki/index.php?page=ESE_Files_Description. Just quickly: - Using ACTIVE you can define sectors that are used only in case of a certain runway configuration. - Using GUEST you can define some exceptions to the general ownerships. Gergely.
