How can we take ATC service in inactive regions?

Dear Friends ,

 

We had start world tour for 100 legs and will p[Mod - Happy Thoughts] 76 countries with A319.Now we have 8 pilots to fly with this programme usually in group movements.

 

First 35 legs will be fly in Africa so this regions has many inactive countries? Is it possible to take ATC service in inactive AP?

Yesterday I was Very happy to find Your VA Pilots flying from OJAI to HEGN and as a guest controller at OJAI i was more happy to provide them the service at OJAI_TWR and then when all where airborne i switched to my home FIR and was waiting them for APP at HEGN_APP

 

I hope more vACCs come online soon and join the group
