Alejandro.

You're best emailing Andrew Rogers or Dennis at:

[email protected]

or

[email protected]

I'm not sure how it long it takes, but sometimes it might take a little longer than week, but u might want to try emailing them.

What do you need to request? Do you mean you need to transfer from another Division? If you need to transfer from another Division to the VATUSA Division, then yes, you need to contact one of the Directors.

However, if you don't need to transfer from another Division, it should pretty much be already set...it's all automated. What you need to do is go to VATSIM.NET and set your Region to North America and then choose Division to United States (VATUSA). I just checked your Account through "ID Status Check", and it says "No Division" which means you have not set your Division with VATSIM yet. You need to do this.

Once that is done, make sure your VATSIM Account status (on VATSIM.NET Membership Services) says you are North America - United States. As long as you see that, you know that you are automatically registered on VATUSA and e-mailed a P[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word. If you can't find that E-mail from VATUSA, it's okay. All you have to do is go to VATUSA.ORG and follow the Lost P[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word procedure.

Your VATUSA e-mail address will be registered as the same one as your VATSIM.NET address. For VATUSA's website, your Login ID is your CID.

If you are having trouble on VATSIM.NET with setting your Division to United States, you need to contact VATSIM Membership Services, not the VATUSA Division. Setting your Division has to do with VATSIM.NET. You can contact VATSIM Membership staff by going to Member Services > Contact VATSIM > "VATSIM Membership and Registration" Once at that link, you can "Open a Ticket" to get [Mod - Happy Thoughts]istance.

Almost exactly right allow 24 hours to receive your email from VATUSA before trying our lost p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word tool or you are going to be told there is no record of your account.

Hello Steve, first, thanks for the help but I already did that and I just checked and it says:

You are already a member of the region you asked to be transferred to! (North America Region) http://cert.vatsim.net/vatsimnet/regch.php

and then choose Division to United States (VATUSA)

I'm sorry but where do I choose VATUSA division?
