Chuck Guinn 924770 Posted March 21, 2005 at 02:21 AM Posted March 21, 2005 at 02:21 AM I am wondering if I really have to buy this FSUIPC for $30 for VATSIM to work, I am hoping not. Let me know either way, thanks. Chuck Guinn

William Barrette 924137 Posted March 28, 2005 at 01:01 AM Posted March 28, 2005 at 01:01 AM Is the key the same to work with SB 3 or is there another registration key?
Steven Cullen Posted March 28, 2005 at 01:05 AM Posted March 28, 2005 at 01:05 AM There is no need for a registration key for SB3 to work with FSUIPC, but registering FSUIPC opens up many other functions as well. William Barrette 924137 Posted March 28, 2005 at 01:26 AM Posted March 28, 2005 at 01:26 AM Yes, but if we are using SB3 and want to register FSUPIC, do we have to pay for it (nothing wrong with that), do we use the SB 2.3 key, or another key? You do not enter the key manual, it is automatic performed when install SB3. / Lennart Vedin /
Jason Harris 877712 Posted March 28, 2005 at 02:48 AM Posted March 28, 2005 at 02:48 AM Yes, but if we are using SB3 and want to register FSUPIC, do we have to pay for it (nothing wrong with that), do we use the SB 2.3 key, or another key? To clarify, the SB2.3 key is not a "payment" key. SB2.3 did not have the ability to automatically send a freeware key to FSUIPC so you had to manually enter it. SB3 does this automatically so you need not manually enter one. If you purchase a personal liscence you will get your own key that will unlock many more features. Jan Naslund Posted March 28, 2005 at 08:04 AM Posted March 28, 2005 at 08:04 AM Hi, This is interesting. I am using the SB 2.3 FSUIPC (Free key) and I have read the Squawkbox 3 information and found nothing about these extra features. Perhaps it is worth purchasing this. What are these features? Where can i find more information abut them? Best Regards / Jan
