Joshua Black Posted November 15, 2007 at 11:23 PM Posted November 15, 2007 at 11:23 PM Hi Nicolas, If you want to observe ATC communication, what I would do is go to an airport that has ATC on, and load your flight as you would normally do (BUT START AT A GATE, NOT AT THE END OF THE RUNWAY!) Connect to squawkbox, and tune in the ATC frequency. You should then be able to listen in. Also, it might be a good idea to send a flightplan that shows you are just observing, so in the remarks, just type something like "Observing ATC" just so the controllers there know what you're doing.
