Fran Autore 816992 Posted April 1, 2005 at 04:03 AM Posted April 1, 2005 at 04:03 AM Hello All, I've been using AVC with FS2002 almost since it came out. For the last couple of days its been giving me a message that it is about to expire. Can anyone tell me what it 's being replaced with? Also, I have heard that SB3 dosen't support Windows 98, is that true, and if so, what does a windows 98 pilot do? I dont want to replace my OS. Thanks guys Fran
Jan Naslund Posted April 1, 2005 at 04:10 AM Posted April 1, 2005 at 04:10 AM Hi there, I have the same thing as everyone else using it. It expires from time to time and then you have to go and fetch the new setup.exe file from the AVC website for the new version http://www.cjserio.com/vc/download.php You download and save it. (Personally I save to where i have the old and overwrite the old version) Then you double click on it and install AVC again. Now you can use AVC again until next time it expires. Lennart Vedin Posted April 1, 2005 at 08:44 AM Posted April 1, 2005 at 08:44 AM SB3 don't support Window98, but FSInn does. Use FSInn for Window98. / Lennart Vedin /
Andre Koch 852831 Posted April 1, 2005 at 10:54 AM Posted April 1, 2005 at 10:54 AM Fran, no offense, but it would help us (and ensure a much speedier reply) if you choose a better subject title next time. Just putting "help" doesn´t really do much to describe your problem. Cheers, Andre Koch Director VACC-SAG [email protected]
