Paul Biderman Posted January 6, 2008 at 02:03 PM Posted January 6, 2008 at 02:03 PM Hi, I'd like to know if a VATUSA member would be allowed to somehow become a visiting controller with the purpose of working one of the Eurocenter positions? I don't want to transfer out of VATUSA, but I'd like to run one of the Eurocenters once in a while if I could. I'd of course be happy to take whatever training is needed. Thanks. Norman Blackburn Posted January 6, 2008 at 02:07 PM Posted January 6, 2008 at 02:07 PM Paul, That would be perfectly permissible under the current policy. Mike Sweeny would be one of the ones to speak to in regards to getting competent. I'm unsure which of the two Division Directors you would need to email but would hazard Martin Georg. His details are available at www.vateud.org Norman
Martin Georg 811874 Posted January 6, 2008 at 02:53 PM Posted January 6, 2008 at 02:53 PM Hi Paul, Norman is right. You may head over directly to the Eurocenter Webpage. For getting affiliated as a visiting controller, contact the EUC vACC director, Mike Sweeney, directly. best regards, Martin Georg
