Does Princess Juliana Intl. (TNCM) has ILS?

Last time I saw approach plates for it there wasn't an ILS.

Here is the VOr/DME rw 9 approach. The SJU ARTCC doesn't list any other instrument approaches for TNCM.

i do think you could fit one in fs,with afcad2 perhaps?

all the better,as the vor-dme approach is nicer

Thanks Fred and Tom. I already have downloaded that approach, I was just wondering about ILS.

But anyhow, if it is the only way those real big jets land over there, we have to do the same.

Wish me luck, I will try to flight from TJSJ tomorrow.

If you have an FMC (LDS767, PMDG737, PSSA330/340 etc) then it's actually quite easy an approach to do, though you do need to takeover and handfly the last bit of the approach from the MDA (Minimum Descent Altitude) at least, down to the runway. As a Jet aircraft, you are Category C, a Dash-8 would be a Category B, the Concorde, Category D (and the 747 if it's heavy enough to have an approach speed of over 150 ish knots).

It's also easy enough to do without an FMC. using only the VOR and DME readouts.
