NOTAM

Pilots should make themselves familiar with VATPAC NOTAM 01/04/05 14:00:00 UTC which is available at http://www.vatpac.org/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=4627

This is an important NOTAM to review as it has an impact on the movements at Melbourne Airport including the closure on one runway.
