After consulting with the remaining EC members and receiving no negative feedback, I have decided to forgo the usual call for applications, as I am certain that JF will be a fine addition to the EC of VATCAN and look forward to a good working relationship with him as we move VATCAN to the "next" level. You are all probably familiar with the excellent work that Jean-Frederik and his staff have done in rebuilding CZUL into one of VATCAN's finest FIRs and we are fortunate that he is willing and has agreed to [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ist in the "rebuilding" of VATCAN. Join me in welcoming Jean-Frederik to the position of VATCAN2.
