install help

I installed both ways plus went back and reinstalled net. program comes up on start menu but nothing happens. I pasted link into RUN and OK publisher then got this error

Sorry. This is the single most rare but unsolvable problem with ClickOnce installation process (a Microsoft invention which I use) that I wasn't able to solve yet. If you find a solution somewhere (search for System.UriFormatException) then please let me know - it's not vroute specific, so any solution from any other piece of software will be most likely applicable.
