Ryan Guffey 956726 Posted February 5, 2008 at 04:20 AM Posted February 5, 2008 at 04:20 AM Ive used tower trainer plenty of times and never have gotten this error. Everytime I try to load the airport file, I get a "Winsock Error" And it does it like 15 times down the screen. Ive uninstalled and reinstalled, but it still happens. Not sure now VATSIM Supervisor
Ryan Guffey 956726 Posted February 5, 2008 at 04:28 AM Author Posted February 5, 2008 at 04:28 AM one other thing. I looked up the error code Im getting and this is what it says.. WSAECONNREFUSED 10061 Connection refused. No connection could be made because the target computer actively refused it. This usually results from trying to connect to a service that is inactive on the foreign host—that is, one with no server application running. VATSIM Supervisor
Ross Carlson Posted February 5, 2008 at 05:04 AM Posted February 5, 2008 at 05:04 AM Check the server setting ... it's probably not correct. (Or the sweatbox server crashed!)
