Joshua Black Posted February 16, 2008 at 04:02 AM Posted February 16, 2008 at 04:02 AM Yes, in Winnipeg, since it isn't a "major" airport, we aren't as strict with training, but we are starting to consider modules like Toronto has, just so we know 100% that we know that the student is ready.
