Position: Air Traffic Control Specialist

Duty Location(s): Kuwait International Airport

 

 

Duties:

The Air Traffic Control Specialist position is responsible for the safe, orderly and expeditious movement of air traffic through their [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned airspace. Developmental controllers receive a wide range of training in controlling and separating live air traffic at their [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned aerodrome facility. Aerodrome controllers control air traffic at their [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned facility and give pilots taxiing and takeoff instructions, air traffic clearances. They transfer control of aircraft to the enroute controller when the aircraft leaves their airspace, and they receive control of aircraft coming into their airspace.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

A member of VATAME (VATSIM Africa & Middle East)

Ability to read and write in English.
