VATDRC Looking for new Airport Controllers

VATDRC - VATSIM Democratic Republic of Congo is looking to hire a few more new Airport Controller students for Brazzaville and Kinshasa to continue growing our vACC. We are looking for new or experienced controllers to fill these positions and we will provide full training. Successful applicants must poses a VATSIM Membership in good standing, must be members of the VATAME Region or willing to transfer to the VATAME Region.

 

As a new candidate you will be taugh both Airport Radar and Airport Non-Radar Control at FZAA (Kinshasa) and once you have completed the Non-Radar Airport Control Test you will be able to control both Ground and Tower positions. If you are an experienced controller that wishes to transfer to VATDRC than you will only be required to complete the Airport Radar Course. From there you will be able to continue with the Terminal Control courses.

 

We have a pool of staff with combined real world experience and extensive VATSIM experience and have recently hired a real world military controller from Italy on staff as an instructor.
