Chris Makris Posted April 16, 2008 at 06:12 PM Posted April 16, 2008 at 06:12 PM Hello, On the Eurocat TAG when the aircraft is RVSM capable a W is appearing on the top left part of the TAG. My question, does the pilot need to put a specific indicattion somewhere in his FP in order this to appear? Yesterday I had two ATR72 one was showing the W the other not. I made some test myself using FSINN and although I had put the suffix W at the FSINN aircraft type the controller which was also using eurocat didn't see it on the TAG. I am thinking that maybe only SB3 users appear with W...
Sami Ylismaki 878340 Posted April 16, 2008 at 06:52 PM Posted April 16, 2008 at 06:52 PM (edited) The W means the aircraft IS NOT equipped for RVSM. The W should not appear when flightplan contains W. I finally found a list of the codes: http://mbev.net/wikka/ChoosingEquipmentCode Edited April 16, 2008 at 07:02 PM by Guest

Sami Ylismaki 878340 Posted April 16, 2008 at 07:03 PM Posted April 16, 2008 at 07:03 PM It should appear, does for me, whenever someone doesn't have a code.
