To all in search of a European Event, the Portugal vACC gives you the [email protected] event.

What is the [email protected] event?

 

Basic mode : An event to support Portuguese national team, and provide flights on every game day of Portugal in the Eurocup 2008.

Flights operated by 6 VA´s : SATA INTERNATIONAL, PGA AIRLINES, TAP, EUROATLANTIC, AIR INTERNATIONAL and RALLYEAIR.

Every game day, at this moment there are 3 days, 06, 11 and 15th of June, early morning the planes will departed from several National and

International airports, and will return 2 to 3 hours after the end of each game.

The purpose is to provide transportation to the supporters or fans of the National Team.

 

P[Mod - Happy Thoughts]angers : This is really new.

Everyone who wants to participate in the event, VATSIM member or not, can make a virtual reservation and book to a max of 4 pax.

He can choose the departure airport, Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Madeira, Ponta Delgada, Luxembourg, Gatwick.

The p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]anger only have to provide a valid E-mail adress and he will recieve a couple of things that will make this event something diferent.

What will he recieve:

Booking confirmation

Electronic Ticket ( virtual) if he wants he can print

P[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word to use in the E- Check-in ( he or she will have to perform the Check-in since 24 hours to 90 minutes before the flight.

Cabin display with [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ing seats so that every one knows where is his place.

Flight Status for flight following.

After the Check-in the event organization will provide the p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]engers manifest to the Airliners, so that the pilot knows the number of Pax a board and

be able to calculate fuel and airplane weight.
