Last Saturday everything was still normal. Today I always get this window when trying to start "AVC Tuner":

I have the same problem from today, no changes on PC and FS installation ( W98SE, FS2002,SB2.3.x,AVC, AVC Tuner 1.3.3.0 ) have been made

All other programms ( incl. ASRC) are getting normally.

Any help welcome , pls.

The reason is that the server that AVC Tuner use is down (or user can not connect). Thats why all people get it at same time.

The reason for illegal message is a (non serious) bug in the application not correct checking if server actually is connected.

Do nothing. Just what and try again.

Thanks Lennart!

So I will just wait and see whether they got it fixed...

(And all others please don't ask me why for more than five years I use this absolutely reliable 1GHz, "Windows ME" computer...)

So still no luck.

I'm sure connection problem appeare as some general error message. While I can't of cause be 100% sure this is the case for you.

There is a AVC Tuner forum here: http://www.simhardware.co.nz/forums/viewforum.php?f=12&sid=af9047ac8a8c4daaa718370b554b6baf

Then a suggest, is if you use Win98 (ME), you should be able to use the new Vatsim client software FSInn, or why not.

Thank you very much Mr. Stuart Whelan!
