Maxwell vanOverdijk 100997 Posted June 28, 2008 at 08:11 PM Posted June 28, 2008 at 08:11 PM I am thinking of switching to X-Plane but have 1 question. Should I run it on my PC or go out and get a Macbook Pro ? Also would the MBP have enough power to run it? Thanks,
Wade Williams 877539 Posted June 28, 2008 at 11:28 PM Posted June 28, 2008 at 11:28 PM There's no major advantage to running X-Plane on a Mac, other than the fact it's a Mac. However, I'd recommend you stick with your desktop system. While X-Plane runs very nicely on a MacBook Pro, you obviously don't have the option of upgrading the video card or processor in a laptop.
