Alfred Tang Posted July 1, 2008 at 02:51 AM Posted July 1, 2008 at 02:51 AM Dear all, Summer is around in China, and there are only 45 days from the world's biggest athletic event that will take place in the country's capital in China. To celebrate this, a group of controllers in China will gather up and organize the biggest fly-in event ever happened in the Chinese airspace. The fly-in event will feature China's largest international gateway, Beijing Capital International Airport 北京首都国际机场(ZBAA), which will be providing full staff ATC service during the event. The event is planned to be scheduled on either the first or the second week of August. We will try to invite other regions/ divisions in Asia, and possibly divisions from other continents. A committee dedicated to the organization of this fly-on event will be set up this month. Anyone is welcomed to join this committee. Details will be posted later on. Now, you can be a part of this event. Please don't hesitate to give us suggestions for it. We value suggestions simply because we treat pilots as our dear customers and we always strive to provide service with high quality. To contact us, please send us an email at [email protected] Thank you for your support. Alfred Tang (934809) Director | Hong Kong VACC
