James Smith 1022927 Posted July 21, 2008 at 02:37 PM Posted July 21, 2008 at 02:37 PM Hello I have been having some issues in some payware aircraft in my accent. The aircraft that I have these issues in are the Wilco Ejets, Wilco CRJ, and partialy the Wilco PIC 737. The problem occurs when I am climbing and it starts usally around 17,000 then I start to see my indicated airspeed slow down nearing stalling speed even though I only have a 10 degree pitch and my throttles are all the way up! Then eventually as I get higher I stall right out of the sky. Does any one have this problem or know how to fix it because its restricting me of my flying and its very annoying. To a Vertical Speed(ft/pm) or an IAS? It sounds like vertical speed (well pitch angle) then that is your trouble as the aircraft will try maintain the VS/Pitch angle at the expense of IAS (remember computers will only do what you tell them to do). Try climbing on IAS or on VNAV. This usually works out better as you should NEVER climb on a VS for the resons your experiencing.

Which pilot client are you using? If you're using the FSInn software, look at the Installation Sticky in the FSInn forum. The issue is resolved in the troubleshooting section. -- L. James -- L. D. James Smith 1022927 Posted July 21, 2008 at 04:58 PM Author Posted July 21, 2008 at 04:58 PM I just tried the climb by speed and it still doesn't work Plus I hit the CAVOK button on FSINN so that I am not using the VATSIM weather because of that weather problem. I don’t understand what you mean by climb by speed. As far as hitting the CAVOK button, that’s only part of the fix. You will have to have weather. Clicking on the CAVOK will turn off the weather that fails. It will not turn on a working weather. If you did the whole fix you won’t have issues related to that bug. You would have to specify exactly what you did if you still have problems. Again, clicking the CAVOK is half of the fix. It turns off FSInn weather. FSInn will turn off Flight Simulator’s weather if you enable FSInn’s weather (the cloud). However, it won’t turn on any alternate weather. You have to manually do that yourself. -- L. James -- L. D.
