Events Director/VA Liaison – VATUSA5


 Reports to the VATUSA Director and administers VATUSA Division event coordination and Virtual Airline (VA) relationships

 Plans and promotes VATUSA events that will create interest, improve participation and add to the overall quality of experience within the Division

 Coordinates with ARTCC ATMs and Event Coordinators and VA representatives as necessary to [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ist in organizing and scheduling event activities

 Coordinates with other VATSIM Division management on inter-Divisional event activities

 Develops content and coordinates website information for VA Partners and Events schedules and the automated events system

 Develops informational content for VATUSA newsletter publication

 Functions as VATUSA Division Staff member and attends periodic meetings to report on events activities and to stay abreast of VATUSA issues and policies

 Maintains a regular online presence on the VATSIM Network
