Aircraft set up in FS2004

Apologies if this is shown elsewhere.

 

I'm finding that most of the aircraft I fly in FS2004 handle the same way.

 

My Vulcan is just a twitchy as a PA28 on final.

 

Does anyone knowa a good website with information on how to change the aircraf files as I want to experiment a bit with the inertia in the models, if that is possible.

 

I've tried changing the joystick sensitivities and it seems to only change the rate of control reaction. It's still twitchy but only adjusts how much control movement you need to get a fixed amount of bank, for example.
