FSInn in Taskbar and will not maximize...please help

I have been using FSInn 1.3 and FSCopilot 1.7 without incident for a very long time and today after I initialized FSX, FSFDT Control Panel and FSInn UI, I cannot see the UI so I cannot connect to VATSIM or anything. The FSInn UI bar moves to the task bar at the bottom of my screen and I can't maximize it despite my best efforts. I know it's working fine because I can see my light indicators in the lower right portion of my screen and they are consistent with it running, thought I'm not connected to the network. I hope there's a simple fix to this, I've searched the forum and prior to posting to not avail. I've also unistalled and re-installed FSInn 4 times with no success. Please help.
