Brad Littlejohn Posted October 23, 2008 at 10:34 PM Posted October 23, 2008 at 10:34 PM the POF file should be words. It is just a simple text file that has the positions available in and around ZAU and adjacent sectors, and various information information needed by that sector/position. BL. Ernesto Alvarez 818262 Posted October 23, 2008 at 11:09 PM Posted October 23, 2008 at 11:09 PM anthony you can put it wherever you want, i prefer inside the VRC folder. then when you start vrc you need to set it in your settings. when you get a chance start reading the VRC manual. i understand your new and just dying to get started, but if theres one thing during your training you'll do a lot of, its reading. dont be in a rush to get going, theres still plenty ahead to be done

David Klain 874106 Posted October 24, 2008 at 03:56 AM Posted October 24, 2008 at 03:56 AM Anthony, You've got multiple posts asking about using VRC that make it clear you have no idea how to configure or install the program. There is a WONDERFUL website by it's author (Ross Carlson) with detailed docomeentation on doing both. Additionally, there is a great forum in the VATSIM forums dedicated to help with VRC. Perhaps you might consider actually reading the online manual and then (if you are still having problems) actually talking to a VATSIM controller to get some [Mod - Happy Thoughts]istance or posting in the appropriate forum?
