I would like to take a moment to personally thank Mathew Magera, Ryan Guffey, Wade Williams, Bob Carmona, and Richard Walls. These guys came out and made our FNO happen and also made it a success from what I can see. 10/31 was a tough date for FNO as none of our staff was available due to either work or family commitments due to the holiday. We had at one point even had to consider canceling due to a staffing shortage, but with these guys' help, did not have to happen.

The individuals listed above are not ZME home controllers, and some are not on our visiting roster either. They gave up their time to come to our aid when we really needed it, and I am very grateful to you all for doing so.

Special thanks also to ZFW, ZKC, ZHU, ZID, and ZTL for your support of the event and please know that we will return the gesture any time that we can.

Also I want to thank Kyle Steever for setting up and managing the event prior to finding out he had to work, and Cliff Morey, Tyler Walton & Jimmy Hicks, 3 of our home roster controllers who were able to make it to the event. If I left anyone out, I am sorry, I was only able to glance at Vatspy a couple of times and jot down who was online.

My deepest appreciation goes out to you all, I hope we are able to repay the favor in the future.

Best Regards

You guys looked great down there. We SHOULD be here to support each other, rather than competing against each other!

Nice job,
