As works: We have (for an example) some coordinates of 3 NDB or VOR in a sector + ARP Coordinates (our air field) When aircraft calling ATC is shined 2 bearings ot our air field and ot nearest NDB or VOR, which intersect in a point where is now calling station Thus we expressly know where on the sector of calling station and who exactly calling Because 80% pilots do not give a report the location when included in a FIR, and if does not have nearby ATC, time is squandered on a search togo who calling P.S>Sorry about my english Hopes of pilot dies with blow at earth!
