Details such as pilot client/version, OS and service packs, Flight simulator Version and service packs, and Third party firewall is usually important information. In this case, it appears that you're running the FSInn pilot client. Look at the "please read" sticky in the FSInn Help forum. There are two messages in the bold item #1 that you should read.
