It states that my VATSIM ID is being used by another member. I have tried to have my p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word reset, however, when I put my current VATSIM e-mail address. It says that there is no such e-mail address. I have even went through the process on the main VATSIM website to validate that the address I am putting in is in fact the one on file. If I put in an old e-mail address to reset the p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word, possibly the one in the database, it says my registration has not yet been confirmed! I am stuck in limbo. I have sent an email to [email protected] several times over the past 6 months with no response. Who can I contact? Thank you! I reset your account so you can start from the right side of the login screen and create a new account. Please watch for the validation email and be sure to click the validation link in that email. I only ask because I must obtain a PRC account in order to advance in my virtual airline`s training curriculum, which has a completion deadline. Sorry for the inconvenience.
