Magnetic Declination

Hi,

 

Is there a way to change or define magnetic declination by Airport?

 

I'm busy creating a sector file for Madagascar, and the magnetic declination varies from 21 deg in the South, to 9 deg in the North.

So if I define the magnetic declination in the sector file (under [iNFO]) as 15 deg (average), the airports in the extreme north and south are inaccurate by up to 6 degrees.

I use Google Earth to create the GEO, which matches FSX default scenery very accurately, except for the magnetic variations.

Unfortunately there is no way for that at the moment. The magnetic variation is a global resource in ES. I have to say that the complete map projection system is extremely simplified and really far from being precise.
