Has anyone experience with the ATI HD 4870 graphics card and FS2004? Whatever I try I can't get anti-aliasing to work. I have switched anti-aliasing on and off in FS and tried different combinations in Catalyst Control Center, but I don't notice any change in the picture.

I know this is a little old but maybe it will help.

I have my settings maxed in ATI's CCC and FS9 is maxed except for the AA (off in FS9, On full in CCC ,8x + Edge Detect = 24x) and AS (filtering set to trilinear, and CCC is set to full ASF 16x).

FYI I'm using Catalsyt 9.2

Thanks,

This is the setting I have tried as well. Do you use the same graphics card?

Sapphire ATI HD4870 1gig. With Cat. 9.2.

What view are you in when it looks like AA's not working?

I believe 2D panels are normal still jagged but any other view should look great.

Also what driver version are you using?

Dear Brandon,

Thanks. I do have the problem in the 2D panels only, so perhaps I shouldn't expect more. The numbering I have for Catalyst is apparently different: my version is 2008.1201.1504.27008. At the time I submitted the post it was the latest version.
