TwrTrainer .... That aircraft is NOT departing...

I've made a bunch of tower trainer aircraft files, but when I open them in TwrTrainer, I can not issue any commands (like taxi for example)

 

The other commands work, but the movement ones do not. So upon further investigation, I found that Tower has each aircraft's status listed as "departing" even though it should be (parked). Any ideas on why this is?

This is caused by you not placing the aircraft at the same altitude which you set as the field elevation in the apt file.
