Following this feed with a twitter account and using a desktop twitter client like Twhirl (http://www.twhirl.org/) ensures you'll always know when ZSE's staffed up!

Awsome tool, how easy would this be for other locations to setup?

Not bad at all. Here's what you (or anyone else) needs to do:

1) Register a twitter account for your bot and set up its profile - make sure you don't set its updates to be protected

2) PM me with the bot's username, p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word, and a list of all of the towered fields within your airspace (ie, the fields that conceivably could have a _TWR or _APP at them, also include your CTR callsign if you use one that doesn't map to an airport like NY_CTR), one per line. For example, ZSE's would be:

KSEA

KPDX

KGEG

KEUG

and so on...

Then give me a few days to mark those airports in vataware and tell it about your bot and it'll do the rest

Actually, amending that - if your fields are all listed in the latest ServInfo update, I can pull the data out of there and save you a step...

Here are a couple Twitter bots that I created a few months ago for displaying online ATC status for Canada and the USA
