Alain Verhaeghe 817811 Posted February 26, 2009 at 01:46 PM Posted February 26, 2009 at 01:46 PM I control LFFF_CTR and I have noticed the following: When I take contol of an a/c who is in text only and I clear THE a/c to the cruise LVL requested (FL320) , it only gives me FL280. After a while I gathered FL280 is the LVL at which I have to hand off the pilot to the next controller at the exit point of my sector. The exit point is Aleso.THe pilot was going to EGLL. This only happens in text , not in voice. AlainV

Todor Atanasov 878664 Posted February 26, 2009 at 08:07 PM Posted February 26, 2009 at 08:07 PM I also didn't get the question What data-tag are you using? You got FL280 on the data-tag? You got FL280 on the CFL/RFL popup menu? You got FL280 on the command line as a auto text for text only plane? Alain Verhaeghe 817811 Posted February 26, 2009 at 11:12 PM Author Posted February 26, 2009 at 11:12 PM here it is on the tag: I got FL140 temp FL320 as cruise FL280 hand off at Aleso. The question is why can't I clear him to FL320, then d/m FL280 later... AlainV
Todor Atanasov 878664 Posted February 27, 2009 at 04:57 AM Posted February 27, 2009 at 04:57 AM Well I don't know what data-tag family you are using, is it a build-in or custom, but what you see, should be a coordination FL, and you should be able to change it, in case it has a left or right click option defined for him to open the COPX/COPN FL menu. Alain Verhaeghe 817811 Posted February 27, 2009 at 09:59 AM Author Posted February 27, 2009 at 09:59 AM The data tag is the one by default. I haven't changed anything. The next time I get another a/c I will make some notes and report back. Thanks for your reply. AlainV
