Magnus Wahlström 1101647 Posted March 19, 2009 at 10:48 PM Posted March 19, 2009 at 10:48 PM I have been batteling with lousy fps ever since i installed FSX (plus alot of addons), and today i figured i should update the geforce driver. i went to nvidia and downloaded and installed the driver, but after the needed restart, the computer just went into sleep mode, and wouldnt wake up. after several restarts in safe mode, i somehow solved the sleepy thing (uninstalled geforce drivers, updated, reinstalled), but now FSX won't run! the error message i get is: "Invalid hardware or driver detected. this graphics card does not meet minimum requirements for shader support. this product requires a geforce3/radeon8500 cl[Mod - Happy Thoughts] or better graphics card. flight simulator will now exit." weird since i have a geforce 8800 GT, and it worked until today. so its a driver-issue, right? will the driver-version for the english vista work for my swedish machine? i dont seem to find a swedish version driver. what is up with the "shader support"-part?? any thoughts? thanks! //magnus
