Hey Vatsim,

Need help please. I have downloaded FSInn version 1.3 and FSCopilot 1.7 (something like that.) for FSX, I was wondering if you could tell me a few things.

1) Are these programs suppose to slow my FPS during game play down?

2) How do you file flight plans

3) Fianlly, sometimes I could spawn up a plane and another plane would follow me around on top of mine. WHats the cause and how can I stp it!? It is really annoying and sometimes detected as a crash.

Can someone please leave me advice/ help/ links/ or anything that will help me?

Thanks Vatsim,

Hey Vatsim,

Any and all programs install will have some effect on FPS. Also the amount of traffic will have some effect on FPS. There are suggestions provided VIA the please read sticky in the FSInn Help forum to optimize FSInn, minimizing the FPS effect. Many people use those optimization suggestions. For me it works just fine with the defaults.

2) How do you file flight plans

This is covered in the First Flight lesson in the PRC.

3) Fianlly, sometimes I could spawn up a plane and another plane would follow me around on top of mine. WHats the cause and how can I stp it!? It is really annoying and sometimes detected as a crash.

This resolved VIA the please read sticky in the FSInn Help forum. Use that to cure the "Why Does an Airplane always Follow Me?" issue.

You'll should turn crash detection off when flying on VATSIM. The aircraft size, positions, and movement isn't exact, so even though you can cure the FSInn's issue you described, you may have other issues that might cause crash detections.

For FSInn/VATSIM issues, please test the FSInn Installation sticky and linked FAQ. It really works!
