This may go with other problems listed in the Forum, but thought I would seek help myself. I have tried different things and I can't see other aircraft. I can communicate with all and other pilots can see me. I am using Vista and what I have gotten from the Forum, I may need to remove my Norton Program. Also for info I can't get ACARS to work.

Thanks for any help.

I had this very same problem the past 2 days.

I found out that when I installed SB, it did not put the model files in the FS9/aircraft folder.

You might check that too.

Hi, Kevin. What you described (I'm sure with Squawkbox as in FSInn) would refer to how you see the other aircraft. Again, I'm speaking directly in reference to FSInn, and I believe SB3 will behave similar. If you put your models in a location where they are not recognized by the pilot client, you'd see a default model, just not the best match (or variety). If you don't see any multiplayers, as in the case of the OP, the culprit is most likely a connection block as referred by the OP in his first message.

If I'm wrong, and Squawkbox will not show a default model for the missing models, someone will correct me.

Of course, the OP can always uninstall his third party firewall/antivirus program to verify that, as in hundreds of messages, it's the culprit of not being able to see the online traffic.

Squawkbox also show default model. Even if the model is not recognized at all Squawkbox show a visible triangle with a huge "?", to indicate unknown model.
