Would anyone know what parameters I can change on some airplanes like one of my 747's to make it turn better when on the ground.Some downloaded models don’t turn to easily when taxiing?I would like to make it turn better when taxi

Do you have Auto Rudder checked in Aircraft -> Realism Settings.

You can set the parameters, include steering wheel by set rudder. You may have problem to set steeing-wheel and the rudder separatly. You may laborate between "rudder area" and "rudder efficent" to get your desired effect.

 

File "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Flight Simulator 9\Aircraft\b747_400\aircraft.cfg", search for "rudder".

 

Or maybe

//7 Steer Angle (degrees)

 

for point.0 (i.e. default 70.0 degrees)
