I was able to deduce that the file had the following format: USA - <2-digit state code> I have added all of the ICAO-coded airports in the Indianapolis ARTCC that have an approach control, using my ZID Quick Sheets as a guide. You can find the updated file at http://drop.io/euroscopeZIDairports. I included the modified ICAO_Airports.txt file, and also a unified diff file that clearly shows my changes. I've recently gone through and created a list of all of the public airports in center-owned airspace. Some of the ICAO airports in center-owned airspace were missing from the file, so I've added them. All of the files are still at http://drop.io/euroscopeZIDairports.
