Jim Allan Posted May 7, 2009 at 01:58 PM Posted May 7, 2009 at 01:58 PM This is sort of an open rant and a request. Firstly, I'm sure that Sylvain had good reason to shut the doors, but I think the way that he did it was abrupt and unnessesary. Being a junior pilot with ACD, I was not privy to the 'upstairs' goings on, an thus I shant dwell on them. But I just wished that he would have made his position clear in the forums or other means. There must have been something that pissed him off that caused him to turn off the power...I thought we had the best VA family going! I still fly the ACD colours. Now the request. I would like to see all the ex-ACD pilots band together, and re-establish Air Canadian to it's former glory. Perhaps those closer to Sylvain could approach him to humblely ask for the right to the ACD trademark. I know that I certanly could dedicate time to get the VA back in the air again. Thanks for reading this, Regards, Jim Allan ACD608 If you don't know the answer...at least make it sound convincing
