Unable to process METARs ending with $

When, in the U.S., an automated station needs maintenance, it adds a $ symbol to the end of the METAR. It appears that Euroscope is thinking this is the beginning of a function.

 

Here is the METAR reported:

 

KCMH 120351Z 00000KT 10SM CLR 11/02 A3015 RMK AO2 SLP210 T01110017 $

 

Here is the error displayed when I press the "Test URL" button.

As far as I know, at least in the U.S., the $ symbol is only used for this purpose, so filtering it out might be the easiest solution...

That is surely works in this way. The $ is allocated for names to be extracted. I will test the METAR and remove it from the tail.
