Erhan Atesoglu 1050499 Posted May 27, 2009 at 04:56 PM Posted May 27, 2009 at 04:56 PM Jeff: That's another option you got plenty of time to upgrade.. you got the x58 bridge so you have quite a bit of flexibility. Now that they have the 295, I'm planning on going to 300 series when the time is right and I can get 2 for under $400. http://www.pond64.net
tom van der elst Posted May 27, 2009 at 05:00 PM Posted May 27, 2009 at 05:00 PM Both are pretty miserable Tom, but McAfee is worse in general. ah yes I thought so. It must've been my experience with Norton that coloured my opinion then. cheers Tom.

Garry Morris 920567 Posted May 29, 2009 at 10:40 PM Posted May 29, 2009 at 10:40 PM true...but if its free- ill take it! Then you should stop trying to go for a good performing computer and buy whatever [Mod - lovely stuff] you like. Saddling yourself with bloatware and programs that cause performance problems because "they're free", coupled with not listening to the folks who know what they're doing giving you good advice will result in you having a substandard experience - not to mention you're wasting our time. http://www.execjetva.com
Jeff Feldman 1040149 Posted May 30, 2009 at 12:00 AM Author Posted May 30, 2009 at 12:00 AM Excuse me Sir. I don't have zillions of dollars to spend on a program. I have hear that that virus software is very good. I hope you don't think of helping others as "wasting your time." Because it is NOT. Anyone who answered tomy post in a respectable fashion is helping me out, and I greatly appreciate it. What I don't appreciate, is rudeness and others telling me that im not listening. I am listening- I cannot tell HP to take the software off, ill do it myself. Thanks,
