Garry Morris 920567 Posted June 10, 2009 at 04:50 PM Posted June 10, 2009 at 04:50 PM I'd like to see more processor power and maybe higher video RAM. Couldn't say how well it would run FSX. http://www.execjetva.com
Ryan Whitford 995253 Posted June 11, 2009 at 04:22 PM Posted June 11, 2009 at 04:22 PM Definitely an upgrade to the Processor, If you get more V Ram. Say you get a 9800GTX, good GFX card good GPU, most people think , Geeze this is all I need and my computer will get 100 FPS, but their wrong, your bottle necking your CPU, Especially if your keeping a Pentium Duo Core. Id say go for a Nice GFX Card, Maybe a 9800GT or X they run for about a reasonable 100- 140 Bucks. And get a Duo Core E7200's and Up, You can Grab a Quad core also. Also most people think about is memory in a Graphics card is what counts, in Fact its the GPU that counts, having a good Core clock and Memory Clock is what counts, Keep that in mind. http://www.allegiantva.org Join if you have skill! Richard Gerrish Posted June 15, 2009 at 11:50 PM Posted June 15, 2009 at 11:50 PM those are roughly the specs if have on my laptop and it runs FSX fine with a cooling pad. you won't be able to crank all the setting to max, but so long as you're not running a ton of add ons you'll be fine Richard Gerrish Developer, STM Applications Group
